Wow! This was your first time trying realism? This is really good. Way better than I could ever do.

Do not take any of this this the wrong way, as I am going to focus more on what you need to work on

I would start by working on realistic coloring. This is probably the hardest step for anyone that is switching over to a more realistic style. I would study photographs and how lighting works on objects. If that makes sense.

I would also work on hair, as that is also a rather tough transition. The color of hair has a lot more hues than you would put on a more simple drawing.

Over all this is a really fantastic drawing! I really like the way you did her eyes <3
